DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.
 
 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

  • Same day delivery does not apply to bulk order Or product value exceeding 2000$ in single order.
  • Logistic team will try only 2 delivery attempts on the given address. The order will be cancelled post delivery attempts are exhausted and a Flat fees of 15 SGD will be charged.
  • Order cannot be cancelled once en-route for delivery. Please raise the refund request post delivery as per our return policy mentioned at https://lordofliquor.com/page/refund-policy.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE DELIVERY AND SERVICE

We maintain the full and exclusive right to determine to whom we deliver and under what circumstances. This includes, without limitation, the right to deny delivery of any package if we have reasonable doubt that the recipient is a minor or otherwise not of legal age to receive the contents, or if the recipient fails to provide satisfactory proof of age upon request. Our decision to deliver or not deliver is at our sole discretion, provided such decision is not based on legally prohibited discriminatory grounds.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
